56.  The applicants further submitted that the effects of the SP’s dissolution – its assets were confiscated and transferred to the Treasury, and its leaders were banned from taking part in elections – entailed a breach of Articles 1 and 3 of Protocol No. 1 ...

57.  The Court notes that the measures complained of by the applicants were incidental effects of the SP’s dissolution, which the Court has held to amount to a breach of Article 11. It is consequently unnecessary to consider those complaints separately.
